Review current transfer quantities against the purchase-order target. Eligible DRAFT corrections require explicit merchant approval and authorized staff access.
Verify the result
PO Sync rechecks Shopify after a correction. History records operations and verification results, so you can distinguish confirmed changes from outcomes needing investigation.
Your approval stays central
Draft only. Review first.
Transfers beyond DRAFT, received inventory, and other ineligible quantities require manual review. A mismatch does not automatically mean a correction is safe.
Monitoring never changes transfers. Avoid editing, shipping, or receiving the same transfer while approving a correction. External Shopify changes can still race with synchronization; uncertain outcomes remain blocked for investigation.
